Wendigo #1
Ink, Acrylic
8 x 10 inches

Process
This was part of a series of inkblot drawings I did for my Advanced Drawing class. I based the concept on Kim Diaz Holm's daily ink monster series as I deeply enjoyed his creative process of letting the ink figure out what you wanted to draw. This being the first, I was scared of what to put but I realized quickly that I should do the wendigo. I'm an avid Wendigoon enjoyed and the cryptids in this series are usually from his iceburgs. After the Ink Drawings of the King, I knew that white acrylic could work well in covering up ink which was my main issue with it previously as there wasn't any wiggle room for error. I deeply enjoy how this came out.
