Process

This was and probably is the most laborious work I've done currently as of writing this. Initially sculpted in wax, I then coated it in plaster and made a mold of the sword and figure separately. I then prepped both for the metal pour, I was the assistant pourer for all the molds being poured that day. Unfortunately, his helmet did not fill in, so we had to weld a block of aluminum onto his neck and I carved and ground down a new head for 2 months. After sand-blasting the sword and figure, he was ready to be painted. Very happy with the result. The sword can be removed and rests in him happily. Works perfectly alongside Hopeless Romance.
