This was part of a series of drawings of an object for my Advanced Drawing class. The professor wanted us to experiment with all kinds of tools and materials. I chose King Knight as I connect with his aesthetic look immensely given Cavalier's golden armor. I wanted to render an official image of King Knight being hugged by his mom. I wanted to do this as I love my mom more than words could express and I wanted to make a piece that reflects that as when I might be acting moody or sad she was always there to support me. Overall happy with the piece, King Knight's helmet could use a darker outline but it looks good enough. It satisfied the emotional well in my soul at the time.
