Cavalier Giant Size

Process
This was the first time I was becoming confident in Cavalier's design. My professor said to go bigger constantly with my work. I wanted to make it a colored scroll. Something they would hang in a castle. This was not viable given the time frame. I decided to make a pseudo-giant-size comic.
The cover is based on a pose by the Black Knight. I had finally realized the ideal sword, the ideal helmet, and most of the armor elements. The gloves and some of the chest pieces shifted and I would drop the skirt in place of a cloth but largely he fit to how I wanted him to be.
The Legend page is a sort of bio page that harkens to hero encyclopedias I would read about comic characters. They would list their backstory and their traits. I wanted to work on this and make it so it was a scroll that was torn, an incomplete story. This story is now non-canonical but served as a good basis. I hadn't made the integral character yet.
The panel page was supposed to be several pages long but given the scale and timeframe, I was limited. Cavvy's pose in the last panel is exactly what I wanted him to be, based on a pose by Kratos in God of War 2018 marketing. Viglias was developed more and the Headless King was created. Another integral character that is loosely based on the Headless Horseman.
